Filtering takes place in two stages. At first, in a proper tank, a prefiltering is carried on in order to take out impurities as bee parts or portions of beeswax. In a second step, the product is filtered under pressure. In this process pumps and tailor made screens are used to avoid extracting the pollen contained in the product.
